We have updated the Premier Karate Black Belt Hall of Fame with the photos of those that earned black belts at the June and August 2013 black belt tests.  We are proud of all of our black belts!  They are great examples of the Taekwon-Do tenants of Perseverance and Indomitable Spirit!  Visit the gallery page of our website.

All of our students in our kids program perform Random Acts of Kindness (RAK) as part of Premier Karate's character development program.  The RAK program reinforces the lessons taught in class on the Taekwon-Do tenant of Courtesy.  Martial Arts is more than just punching and kicking and self-defense.  The Martial Arts develop a positive can do attitude and respect for others.  Here are some examples of RAK performed in the last year by our students, we also post example periodically on our school Facebook page.

First we want to congratulate the students that tested for their new color belts in Taekwon-Do on Friday February 1, they did a great job and we are proud of them.  I have posted a picture of those that tested on our school Facebook page.

Second, I want to invite everyone to come and watch the Black Belt test on Friday February 8.  We have 2 students testing for 1st Dan in Taekwon-Do and 1 student testing for Poom in Taekwon-Do.

Happy Thanksgiving from all of the staff of Premier Karate. Today is a day to spend with friends and family and be thankful for those around us. We are thankful for our great students and their families, they are what makes Premier Karate such a special place. I love food and football myself, but with out friends and family, the food and football would be pretty hollow. - Mr. O'Neill

In our kids classes we teach students practical self-defense and we teach students how to spot and avoid dangerous situations.  To support what we teach in class click on this link to go to some great Halloween safety tips from the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children. 

Also on Halloween we will have reduced hours to allow students and staff to enjoy Halloween with their friends and family.  We will have the 5:30 Little Ninjas class and we will the 6:00 pm TKD class for all belts.  The school will close at 6:45 pm.
