We have posted training videos students (kids and adults) can use to help them learn their forms on our school youtube channel.  Just click on the link or the youtube button.  Videos are great tools to help with memorization and gross motor movements, your instructors can help you refine your techniques in class.  Forms performed with snap and power are great ways to improve your physical fitness.

The winner of the summer 2012 T-shirt design contest is PJ a green belt in our youth Karate program.  The theme is "Develop the confidence of a dragon!"  Indomitable spirit (Confidence) is one of the 5 tenants of TKD that Premier Karate in Andover instills in all of our classes.  The T-shirts are scheduled to arrive on Monday June 11 and will cost $9.99. Students can wear their Premier Karate T-shirts to class during the summer months as their summer uniform top.  Have a great day, Mr. O'Neill.

We have some pretty talented kids at Premier Karate in Andover that have come up with some great T-shirt designs.  We have some great designs that showcase the many benefits of martial arts training (confidence, focus, courtesy, integrity, perseverance, self-control and indomitable spirit).  Students can vote for their favorite designs through May 28th.  The winning design will be put on the summer school T-shirt. Students can start wearing their Premier Karate T-shirts to class instead of their white uniform jacket starting June 1st.
