Sparring Gear — TKD students with sparring gear need to bring it to class this week, make sure you have a mouth guard.  You can not spar without it.

Candy Challenge this week - Students can earn a piece of candy for each common mistake they can name to Mr. O’Neill from their self-defense video below based on their belt on the student portal. Students can do the candy challenge during any class Monday 9/21 through Saturday 9/25

Thank you Demo Team (Team DC) — We want to thank all of the members of Team DC for their participation in the Andover Family Fun Fest parade and stage show.  We also want to recognize the parents that helped with the Parade and taking videos and pictures of the stage show.

Random Acts of Kindness (RAK) Journals — Students are required to turn in a RAK journal for each belt test.  Pick up a RAK journal on the beige cabinet by the front desk.
