Announcements for this week

1)  Child Abduction Prevention “The Messenger”— This week we will cover the tricks of the messenger during the self-defense parts of class.

2)  Demo Team — No practice this week

3)  Leadership Team — No meeting this week

4)  Little Ninja Stripes — Mon/Tues Blue (Fitness) and Wed/Thurs Brown (Coordination)

5)  Saturday Sparring Class — 10:45 am to 11:25 am, strongly recommended for High Green belts and above testing this month

6)  Random Acts of Kindness (RAK) Journals — Students are required to turn in a RAK journal for each belt test.  Pick up a RAK journal on the beige cabinet by the front desk.

7)  We are in week 4 of a 5 week sequence for TKD students

8)  TKD Stripe Testing — Will be next week on Wed (8/3), Thurs (8/4) and Saturday (8/6)

9)  TKD Belt Test — The belt test will be on a Friday 8/6 at 6 pm for those that have Mr. O’Neill’s permission
