Random Acts of Kindness (RAK) Journals — Students are required to turn in a RAK journal for each belt test.  Pick up a RAK journal on the beige cabinet by the front desk.

Little Ninja and Tigers Stripes — Make up stripes week

Little Ninja and Tigers Belt Test — This Friday at 6 pm for those that have Mr. O’Neill’s permission

TKD Classes — We will learn the new November kicks this week, but we are going to spend some more time on the current defenses this week to fix a few things we observed during stripe testing.  We will introduce the new self defenses next week.

TKD Color Belt Testing — This Friday at 7 pm for those that have Mr. O’Neill’s permission

Demo Team — Practice Saturday from 11:30 am to 12:30 pm

Leadership Team — Meeting this Saturday from 10 am to 10:45 am

Sparring class — Saturday from10:45 am to 11:25 am

Sparring Gear — Sparring week has been moved to next week, so bring sparring gear next week to class
