Random Acts of Kindness (RAK) Journals — Students are required to turn in a RAK journal for each belt test.  Pick up a RAK journal on the beige cabinet by the front desk.

Demo Team — No practice Saturday, we will get some reps on new form during your regular classes this week.  We do have optional Bo staff practice Tuesday and Wednesday from 8:20 pm to 9 pm

• Mon/Tues  Brown (Coordination) and Yellow (Balance)
• Make up stripe testing next week

Little Ninja Belt Test — Friday 1/6 at 6 pm

TKD Stripe Testing — Will be in next week on Wed (1/4), Thurs (1/5) and Saturday (1/7)

TKD Belt Test — The belt test will be on a Friday 1/6 at 7 pm for those that have Mr. O’Neill’s permission
