TKD Black Belt & Hapkido Color Belt Street Defense — This week on Wed & Thurs for black belts and Hapkido students during the 7:40 pm class.  We will be doing knife defenses, wear regular clothes to class that you don’t mind getting dirty.  BJJ ground Survival will be Tuesday at 7:40 pm

· Tuesday — Optional Bo from 8:20 pm to 8:50 pm

· Saturday — Fan, Sword, Sai, Creative Fighting, Board Breaking and Kicking — 11:30 am to 12:30 pm, Optional Bo — 12:30 pm to 1 pm

Leadership Team — Saturday 10 am to 10:40 am

Little Ninja Stripes — Mon/Tues Brown (Coordination) and Wed/Thurs Yellow (Balance)

Little Ninja Belt Test — Thursday 8/31 at 6 pm for students that have Mr. O'Neill's permission and have earned all 8 of the different color stripes.

TKD Stripe test — Tuesday 8/29 & Wednesday 8/30

TKD Belt Test — Thursday 8/31 at 7 pm for students that have Mr. O'Neill's permission
