Message of the Week Theme for January — The theme this month is Courtesy and we will discuss this with students during classes.

Random Acts of Kindness Journals — Students are required to turn in a RAC journal for each belt test.  Extra journals are available on the beige cabinet by the front desk.

· Tuesday — Optional Bo from 8:20 pm to 8:50 pm

· Saturday — 11:30 am to 12:30 pm forms and weapons, optional tournament bo staff 12:30 pm to 1 pm

Little Ninja Stripes — Make up stripes Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday

Little Ninja Belt Test — Friday at 6pm for those that have Mr. O’Neill’s permission, arrive at 5:30 pm for practice before test

TKD Stripe test — Wednesday 1/3, Thursday 1/4 and Saturday 1/6

TKD Belt Test — Friday at 7 pm for those that have Mr. O’Neill’s permission, arrive at 6:40 pm for practice
