TKD Black Belt & Hapkido Color Belt Street Defense — This week on Wednesday and Thursday for black belts and Hapkido students during the 7:40 pm class.  We will be doing knife defenses, wear regular clothes to class that you don’t mind getting dirty. 

• BJJ ground Survival will be Tuesday at 7:40 pm

Sparring Class — Saturday 10:45 am to 11:25 am, strongly recommended for High Green Belts and above belt testing this month.

Demo Team

• Tuesday (Optional Bo staff 8:20 pm to 8:50 pm)
• Saturday — 11:30 am to 12:30 pm. Optional Bo staff 12:30 pm to 1:30 pm
