Random Acts of Kindness Journals — Students are required to turn in a RAC journal for each belt test.  Extra journals are available on the beige cabinet by the front desk.

Demo Team & Fun Fest Practices — Open to all TKD Yellow Belts and Above

· Tuesday — Optional Bo from 8:20 pm to 8:50 pm

· Saturday — 11:30 am to 12:30 pm forms and weapons, optional tournament bo staff 12:30 pm to 1 pm

Just a few minutes of review can really help.  Plus you can win candy this week in the Candy challenge by naming the common mistakes from the videos of the new self-defense for this month.

TKD Stripe test — Wednesday 5/29, Thursday 5/30 and Saturday 6/1

TKD Belt Test — This Friday at 6 pm for those that have Mr. O’Neill’s permission, arrive at 5:40 pm for practice before test

BJJ ground survival — TKD black belts and Hapkido color belt students Tuesday at 7:40 pm
