Demo Team and Fun Fest —Please try to make 2 of the practice below that best fit your schedule

• Tuesday — 6:55 pm to 7:30 pm
• Wednesday — 6:55 pm to 7:30 pm
• Saturday — Fun Fest Preparation 11:30 am to 12:30 pm. Optional Bo staff 12:30 pm to 1:30 pm

TKD Black Belt & Hapkido Color Belt Street Defense — This week on Wednesday and Thursday for black belts and Hapkido students during the 7:40 pm class.  We will be doing gun defenses, wear regular clothes to class that you don’t mind getting dirty. 

· BJJ ground Survival will be Tuesday at 7:40 pm

Sparring Class — Saturday 10:45 am to 11:25 am, strongly recommended for High Green Belts and above belt testing this month.

Leadership Team — Thursday at 6:55 pm
