TKD Stripe Testing — Stripe testing next Wed, Thurs. and Sat. during regular class times.
Black Belt Street Defense — Black belts can wear regular clothes to the Wednesday and Thursday 7:30 pm class since we will be working on dynamic applications of your self-defenses
Friday Forms Class — 6 pm to 6:45 pm, strongly recommended for all students belt testing this month
Friday Sparring Class — 6:45 pm to 7:30 pm, strongly recommended for High Green belts and above testing this month
Sparring team practice - Sat. 11 am to 11:45 am
Varsity practice - Sat. 9 am to 10 am
JV practice - Sat. 10 am to 11 am

Random Acts of Kindness (RAK) — Make sure you are filling out your RAK journal. You need to do 25 per month and turn your journal in at your belt test. It is a belt test requirement.
Sparring Gear Orders — Place orders for sparring gear no later than Saturday September 29th to ensure delivery before the next sparring week which starts October 8th.
