1) Bring sparring gear to class this week

2) If you missed stripe testing last week or need to make up a belt test please talk to Mr. O'Neill this week

3) Friday Poom and Black Belt Pre-Test from 6 pm to 7:30 pm

4) Saturday varsity practice 9 am, JV 10 am and sparring at 11 am

5) Random Acts of Kindness (RAK) Journals — Students are required to turn in a RAK journal for each belt test. Pick up a RAK journal on the beige cabinet by the front desk.
