We are excited for the new year and here are the annoucements for the week of 1/5.

Bring Sparring Gear to classes this week — We will spar in weeknight classes this week plus the Saturday class. Make sure you have a mouth guard.  You can not spar without a complete set of protective equipment

Little Ninja and Tiger Stripes — Fitness (Pink Stripe) and Teamwork (Blue Stripe)

Poom and Black Belt Pre-Test — This Friday at 6pm for high red and poom belts with 3 stripes and black belts that have Mr. O’Neill’s permission.

Board Breaking week for TKD students this week - The key to board breaking is focus and determination.  In board breaking you need to focus on the center of the board where it is the easiest to break.  You need to tune out all distractions and doubts when you do board breaking.  The same goes for doing well on home work. Turn off distractions such as the TV, Netflix, Youtube, etc. so that you can focus.
