Candy Challenge - This week for TKD and Little Ninjas during regular class times

• The Little Ninja and Tiger SD videos have been updated and are on the student portal

• TKD High Red, Poom, Black Belt – Finger peel
• LN White Belt - Low block and punch
• LN Orange & Up – Rising block and punch

Candy Challenge this week for TKD and Little Ninjas - Students can earn a piece of candy for each common mistake they can name to Mr. O’Neill from their self-defense video below for their belt on the student portal this week. This is a great way to prepare for stripe and belt testing this week.

Bring Sparring Gear to classes this week — We will spar in weeknight classes this week plus the Saturday class. Make sure you have a mouth guard.  You can not spar without a complete set of protective equipment

Little Ninja and Tiger Stripes — Fitness (Pink Stripe) and Teamwork (Blue Stripe)

Poom and Black Belt Pre-Test — This Friday at 6pm for high red and poom belts with 3 stripes and black belts that have Mr. O’Neill’s permission.
