Board Breaking week for TKD students this week - The key to board breaking is focus and determination.  In board breaking you need to focus on the center of the board where it is the easiest to break.  You need to tune out all distractions and doubts when you do board breaking.  The same goes for doing well on home work. Turn off distractions such as the TV, Netflix, Youtube, etc. so that you can focus.

Random Acts of Kindness Journals — Students are required to turn in a RAC journal for each belt test.  Extra journals are available on the beige cabinet by the front desk.

• Saturday — 11:30 am to 12:30 pm forms and weapons, optional tournament bo staff 12:30 pm to 1
• Sunday — Tournament be there at 11:30 am to practice before Team forms event at 12:30 pm

Sparring Gear — TKD yellow belts and above with their own sparring gear please bring sparring gear to class this week, make sure you have a mouth guard.  You can not spar without a complete set of protective equipment.  We will also have the Saturday sparring class too at 10:45 am.
