Announcements for the week of October 7th:

1) Sparring Gear — Bring sparring gear to class this week, make sure you have a mouth guard. You can not spar without a complete set of protective equipment

2) TKD students that missed stripe testing last week or missed Belt testing — Talk to Mr. O’Neill.

3) Poom and Black Belt Test — 6:30 pm to 8:30 pm

4) Leadership Team — Saturday 11 am to Noon

What:   Learn awareness skills and simple effective self-defenses to reduce your chance of being a victim of crime.

• Learn the secrets of the crime triangle
• Learn how to look and act like a hard target
• Learn the interview before crime strikes
• Develop effective boundary setting skills

Who:   Women and girls ages 11 and up, no prior experience needed.

• Event is open to the public
• Do not have to be a member of Premier Karate
• Bring friends and family

When:  Saturday, October 12th from 2 pm to 3 pm

Where:  Premier Karate

1.  There are 5 weeks in this segment, TKD belt test is Friday, Oct. 4th.
2.  TKD Stripe Testing — Next week during Wed, Thurs and Sat. regular classes.
3.   Friday Forms Class — 6 pm to 6:45 pm, strongly recommended for all students belt testing this month
4.   Sparring Class — 6:45 pm to 7:30 pm, strongly recommended for High Green belts and above testing this month

1. Poom and Black Belt Pre-Test  — This Friday at 6 pm.  You must past this pre-test to do the formal belt test on October 11th.  Check the Poom and Black Belt Test slide behind the front desk to see who is eligible.
