1. Sparring Gear — TKD yellow belts and above that have their own sparring gear, bring sparring gear to class this week, make sure you have a mouth guard.  You can not spar without a complete set of protective equipment

Students can wear Premier Karate T-shirts to class instead of their uniform jacket.  Students still need their belt and uniform pants.  Also, for Belt Tests students need to wear their uniform since these are our formal events.
