Congratulations to our school demonstration and competition team (Team DC)  for their 1st place finish in the beginner Mega team form competition at the MN State Karate Championships on Sunday 3/13.  We also want to congratulate Ms. DeRosier on her 1st place finish with her Bo form, and Dillon in his 2nd place finish in sparring.  TKD yellow belts and above can join Team DC.  Just ask Mr. O'Neill or Ms. Stenquist for details.

Sparring Gear — Bring sparring gear to class this week, make sure you have a mouth guard.  You can not spar without a complete set of protective equipment
